6. The Fendi Bag Serial Number

1)Some Fendi bags made after the 1980s have a serial number. It is embossed into the lining of the inside of the bag or on a separate piece of leather that has been sewn onto the lining of the bag, or under the label inside the bag. It is never made of fabrics.

2) The label inside should read “FENDI Made in Italy”. In total, the serial number of Fendi bags consists of 15 to 17 digits, consisting of digits and letters separated by dashes, with the middle part being the Art Number. This type number should be identical to the one on the attached authenticity card, so you should check this to identigy a fake or genuine Fendi bag.

7. The Hardware of Fendi Bag

1) It's not easy to set basic rules for inspecting Fendi bag hardware as it varies from model to model. 5) All zippers on the outside of the handbag will have metal YKK zippers instead of plastic and the locks on the purse should fasten and turn easily on a real Fendi handbag.

8. The Stitching

1) Authentic Fendi pieces have pristine stitching that's evenly spaced with each and every thread sewn neatly in its own place. Unlike cheapies that have uneven, thick and bulky stitching. Moreover, the thread colour will always be the exact same colour as the material.

2) If you're examining an item, make sure to check the stitching around the tags, ends of the straps, corners and especially in the hidden compartments.

9. The Paperwork and Boxes of Fendi Bag
