  • L'Oreal Infallible 24 Hour Fresh Wear Foundation review

Skin Type: Nomal to Dry

Coverage: Medium-to-Full

Finish: Natural & Satin-y

Formulation: Liquid

SPF: 25

Official Price: $15.99

L'Oreal Infallible 24 Hour Fresh Wear Foundation is a long lasting foundation with the most lightweight, breathable texture. The formula's three oil absorbers resist sweat, water, and transfer. The ultra-thin liquid goes on smoothly to give a fresh, healthy-looking complexion that lasts.

With this freshwear foundation, longwear no longer means thick and heavy coverage. The innovative oxygen technology gives a lightweight feel whilst the ultra- stretchable formula ensures full coverage application - so a little goes a long way. Its light runny texture makes it easy to blend with just fingers also. If you want a very natural look use a beauty blender or else go with a foundation brush. Despite it being thin, the foundation doesn't settle in the fine lines.

Loreal Infallible Fresh Wear foundation is in fact long-lasting. It wears comfortably on the skin for a minimum of 10 hours. L'oreal do claim this will work for all skin types - my skin is normal to dry and it works really well for me, giving me a slight dewy finish. It does remains fresh looking all day, it doesn't cake up or go patchy & the coverage is still great.

Non-comedogenic and formulated with SPF, it provides medium to full buildable coverage and a natural finish available in 30 shades.

  • Revlon ColorStay Makeup for Combo/Oily Skin Foundation review

Skin Type: Combo/Oily Skin

Coverage: Medium-to-Full

Finish: Matte

Formulation: Liquid

SPF: 15

Official Price: $14.49

Revlon Colorstay  Makeup for Combination/Oily Skin is a cult-favorite, lightweight, liquid matte foundation is made to control oil and shine with an oil-free formula.

Specifically formulated for combination or oily skin, this liquid matte foundation targets oil absorption and shine with long-lasting coverage up to 24 hours. It's with salicylic acid, helps control oil and provide a poreless finish, while SPF 15 offers protection from the sun.

It has a medium to full, buildable coverage. Blend a small dab for medium coverage and a naturally flawless, smooth look. Build up for full coverage as desired. And once blended, settles down with a matte finish without being cakey. It easily provides some cover to acne marks and the pores beside nose, and completely evens out complexion. The foundation formula has a creamy, thick texture but feels light. The longest time it kept on was at least 10 hours, it never budged or faded. As for how long it kept shine-free, it seems to do the job for a minimum of 6 to 7 hours.

ColorStay liquid foundation offers 43 shades for light, medium olive, deep, and dark skin. Colorstay is also available in two types - one for combination/oily skin, and another for normal/dry skin (SPF 20). The dry skin one gives a dewy finish.
