It's an extreme-wear, ultra-fluid water-based foundation that blends full coverage with a lightweight formula to deliver a natural matte finish. Forever Undercover contains the highest concentration of pigments in all of Dior's foundations, which ensure perfect blemish correction with a finish that is fresh and matte enough so you don't need to follow with a powder. Its weightless finish is ultrafine and highly pigmented.

The texture blends easily and sets to a natural matte finish. However, the formulation definitely emphasizes dry patches texture.
