Design:

The DJI Osmo Action camera can be easily confused with a GoPro on the first look. It is built with a dual-toned body along with a rubbery band that runs at the top of the camera and offers a better grip on it. The GoPro Hero 10 houses a 23MP CMOS camera sensor that can record videos at a peak resolution of 5.3K at 60 FPS. The camera has HyperSmooth 4.0 which helps it out in stabilizing the videos. It also shoots great slow-mo videos as it can shoot 1080P videos at a frame rate of 270 FPS. The camera lens has a special coating that repels out any water traces left on it after its contact with water. GoPro Hero 10 has tools like Hindsight, TimeWarp 3.0, and 3D noise reduction that help out in taking some impressive shots.

Battery:

The Osmo Action packs a 1300 mAh battery at its bottom. This battery pack takes about 90 minutes to fully charge itself up and can offer a backup of about 135 minutes when shooting 1080P videos at 30 FPS and the stabilization turned off.

First and foremost, let's have a look at the specifications of both:

Stabilization:
The iPhone 13 Pro uses both Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and Electronic Stabilization, whereas GoPro Hero 10 Black uses its advanced Hypersmooth Stabilization that produces super stable footages even in the worst shaky conditions and without gimbals.
However, the image stabilization on iPhone is only good enough to slow down a slight shake of the hand. It isn't even in the same league as the GoPro, especially when you talk about action videos. The shots were taken by the iPhone look much more unsettled, especially with fast movements. In contrast, the GoPro has a set focus even in extremely shaky situations, thanks to its outstanding HyperSmooth stabilization. Photography:

The iPhone 13 Pro Camera will apply much more automatic color correction and editing than the GoPro.The GoPro HERO 10 Black has a much larger lens and sensor and therefore can perform way better in low light conditions. It also has much more versatility in its ability to be mounted anywhere, not to mention durability and waterproofing.

But The GoPro is not a great camera for what I would consider "conventional" photography. Notably, it doesn't have a viewfinder and has a very wide field lens, both of which make it suitable for recording action video, but which limit its ability to do conventional photography. It's particularly inconvenient to switch between film and video, and you don't have any control over overexposure.

The iPhone has a fairly respectable camera, is more versatile, can capture still and video and recent versions can record 4K video and slow-motion video. It is a much better camera for general use.

The GoPro HERO 10, the DJI Osmo Action, and the iPhone 13 Pro Camera cameras all are capable of shooting at high resolutions (up to 5K for GoPro & 4K for iPhone and DJI), but they don't necessarily cater to the same scenes. The GoPro HERO 10 and the DJI Osmo Action are action cameras that are suitable for recording action video but limit their ability to do conventional photography. The iPhone 13 Pro is the opposite of them which is more suitable for conventional photography.

So, if you are going to use your camera mostly for still photography and for documenting your day-to-day life, then the iPhone 13 Pro Camera is probably more suitable than the GoPro HERO 10 and the DJI Osmo Action.
