You can't tighten the short straps on the top of the shoulder. When it is tightened, the shoulder strap bunches up and then digs into your shoulder blades or below your neck.
The hip pockets are difficult to zip back up with one hand and the pocket could just be a little smaller so you are able to zip it shut.
