History and Origin

Le Labo was established in 2006 by French co-founders Eddie Roschi and Fabrice Penot in Nolita, New York City. Diptyque was created by trio of talented individuals: interior designer Christiane Gautrot, painter Desmond Knox-Leet (who'd worked at Bletchley Park during World War II before settling in France), and set designer/theatre administrator Yves Coueslant. Aesop offers refunds or exchanges on products that you find to be unsuitable. The package must include proof of purchase and be returned within 90 days of the date of purchase. This excludes the holiday period between November 1 and December 31, when returns are only accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Because Le Labo creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, they generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of the items sent do not conform to your order, or should the items be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Le Labo.
