Why hasn't my cash back shown up yet?

Don't worry—there is often a short delay between completing your purchase and the cash back appearing in your account. Here’s what you need to know:

• Processing Time: It typically takes 1–7 days after shipping for the store to sync the data with us. However, for some stores, this notification process can take up to 20 days.

• Stay Notified: As soon as the store confirms your cash back, we’ll send you an email notification to let you know it has been added to your Extrabux account.

Still missing after 7 days?  

If your order has shipped and it’s been more than 7 days but you still don't see the record, you can submit a claim or contact us directly. We’ll look into it for you right away!
