What if my check does not get delivered correctly via the postal mail?

We understand that mail can sometimes go missing or be damaged, and we are here to help. If your check is lost, destroyed, or expired, please follow these guidelines:

• Wait Period: It can take up to 21 days from the pay-date for a check to reach your address. If you haven't received it after 21 days, please contact us for assistance.

• Validity: Each check is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Once you receive your check, please deposit or cash it as soon as possible to ensure it remains valid.

• Expiring Soon? To avoid potential bank fees, please do not attempt to cash a check that is near its expiration date or already expired.

• Automatic Return: Once a check expires, the transaction will automatically be canceled. The funds will be credited back to your Extrabux account balance, and you can simply submit a new payment request.
