Electroshock is a matte indigo shade. It looks a perfect blend of bright blue and violet. The color is very vibrant and looks classy on the eyes. It has a very silky texture. NYX Hot Singles Eye Shadow in Heat

Heat looks very red in the pan, with a slightly more pink berry shimmer shift - this is actually not a very sparkly shade applied to the eyes the finish is somewhat more satin. The texture of this shadow is quite firmly pressed in the pan but easy enough to pick up on the brush with little to none powder kick-up. The pigmentation is medium, but it's smooth, easy to blend out or layer for more opacity. Heat pulls more of a rusty dark red shade on arm. 

NYX Hot Singles Eye Shadow Over The Taupe

Over the Taupe is a greyish brown with a very subtle purple undertones. The online swatch claims that it is a satin finish but it's definitely more matte. The Shade and shimmer are very finely ground, not dust, is absolutely hassle-free, apply one finger. Over the Taupe is a little chalky and uneven so requires a lot more blending than Innocent, it's also not as pigmented and not as long lasting.

Sin is a beautiful light, neutral pink which has tiny specs of glitter running throughout. It's pretty enough to wear either on its own or as a base for other eyeshadows and it does both jobs very well indeed. 

Sin is rich in pigmentation and whilst the texture is more on the gritty side, it doesn't fall out during application. Whilst it isn't as silky soft as MAC eyeshadows, it still performs well regardless of texture.

It is a champagne color eye shadow with pale coral shade with obvious shimmer in it. It's a very smooth texture and is easy to apply. It has a matte finish but has surprisingly negligible fallout. Pigmentation is better than matte eye shadows but it wears better with a primer underneath. It applies easily with minimal fallout. You can use it on lids and crease and use it to blend out darker shades. It can be worn alone as well as the smoke out with a dark shadow; however, it works well if used to highlight the inner corner of eyes or brow bone.

This is a nice, shimmery gunmetal gray. The texture of this shadow is smooth. Without primer, this is a cool-toned taupe-ish gray with reddish-purple undertones. It has decent pigmentation but it's a bit sheer without primer. It's also more of a satin finish without primer. Over primer, this shadow develops into a darker, shimmery gunmetal. If you have brown, golden-brown, hazel or green eyes, this color is going to make your eye color pop.
