Why does one of my purchases have a status of "canceled"?

Apparently, the merchant originally posted the cash back to your account, and then took it back. Unfortunately they did not give us a reason, but this happens most often:

* when a customer actually returns or cancels their order

* Order canceled by merchant

* Use of coupon/promotional codes not listed on Extrabux may void Cash Back.

However it is possible that they also took back the cash back for a different reason. You can provide us the screenshot of order to to info@extrabux.net and then we will contact the merchant to find out.
