Cash back in my account is listed as Unavailable. What does that mean?

Cash back becomes Unavailable when the store notifies Extrabux that the purchase may be fraudulent. In rare cases, your purchase may incorrectly be marked as fraudulent. If this is the case, please let us know and we will review the purchase with the store and change the cash back to Available if appropriate.
