How long does it take for cash back to become Available?

While your cash back is usually tracked within 1-7 days after purchase, it won't be ready for withdrawal immediately. Here is the timeline:

• The 90-day Wait: Most stores require a 90-day window to account for potential returns or order cancellations. Once this period passes and the store settles the funds with us for your purchase, your cash back will automatically move to "Available" status for withdrawal.

• Occasional Delays: Some stores may take slightly longer than 90 days to validate transactions. If your balance hasn't updated after 90 days, please be patient—we are already working with the store to confirm your order as quickly as possible.

• Minimum Withdrawal: You can request a payment once your available balance reaches $10 and includes at least one confirmed purchase (with available cash back > $1).
