What's the difference between Pending and Available cash back?
Pending: This means your cash back has been tracked but is not yet ready for withdrawal. Most stores require a 90-day "waiting period" to account for potential returns or cancellations, though this may take longer for certain merchants.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: The "Pending" total displayed in your "Balance Details" includes missing cash back claims that are currently under "Confirming" status. While waiting for the merchant's verification, the system will temporarily include this estimated cash back in your "Pending" amount. If the merchant ultimately confirms the transaction, the amount will remain there until the waiting period concludes; if the merchant rejects the transaction, the amount will be canceled.
Available: Once the waiting period passes, your funds move to "Available" status. You can withdraw your cash back once your available balance reaches $10 and includes at least one confirmed purchase (with available cash back > $1).
Tracking Your Balance: In your Account Detail, "Available" earnings (including referral bonuses) are listed under Credit, while any withdrawals you make are recorded under Debit.
