The shade is a beautiful warm coral with a semi-matte finish. Mandarin O has an extremely light, barely detectable vanilla-ish scent, and no noticeable taste. It's not too orange nor too red. It's a very flattering color on warm skin tones. The formula is very comfortable to wear, with a matte finish but doesn't feel at all drying on the lips. This shade is very wearable, the powder kiss formula gives it a diffused and stain-like look, which definitely makes the colour suitable for day-to-day wear. It lasts throughout a day of work, but will need topping up after a big meal.

It's a medium-dark, coppery red with warm undertones and a satin finish, which applies smoothly and does not feel as dry as the classic retro mattes. It's richly pigmented with a smooth, moderately emollient consistency that was comfortable to apply and to wear as it was lightweight and lightly hydrating. This shade stayed on well for five to six  hours on the lips.
