Trustpilot calculated Visible's score 2.0. The latest review - Charged my credit card -- I never activated SIM or even opened the envelope. Charged my credit card after my account was removed. Can't contact them except with Chat, and the reps, though very nice, can't do anything themselves so you wait and wait and wait while they handle a bunch of people all at once and try to get someone else to act on the request. I'll dispute the charge through my credit card company. A lot easier, given the very time consuming "customer support". (People great, processes incredibly horrid, horrible, gut wrenchingly bad.) What a mess. I spent 45 minutes in a chat with Visible, trying to get an account issue corrected. Then my account was removed because they could not fix their own account/system. They said they would wipe the account and send me an email, and then I could start over. I got the email. After it was "fixed" I 1) could not log in to the old account, 2) could not set up a new account because they had "kept the email on file", and 3) could not Restart Service, which was an option given when I did try to log in using the "wiped" account. In other words, the "fixed" account was completely unusable and worse than before, since I could not do anything at all. So I got a disposable email account and established a new account. With the new account I've been waiting for hours for the "Confirm your email" email, and I know it's the right email address because I already received the "We got your payment method" email and my receipt at the same address. As per website, I asked that it be re-sent. Several times. What should have been a simple problem to fix has turned into an incredible hassle. In fact, it is by far the worst experience I have had with both a website and customer/technical support. On top of all that, I responded to the email saying my account had been "wiped" and was told, you guessed it, to spend more time with a nice chat. Not a chance. If you think you will *ever* need customer support, or *ever* need to have a charge reversed, or *ever* need anything at all ... and you might -- then stay away, far far away..
