Trustpilot calculated Shades of Light's score 1.0. The latest review - Ordered 2 bathroom lights from Shades of Light in May of 2018. After few weeks received an email saying that the item is on the back order till 7/23/2018. I liked the idea of these lights in my bathroom as now it became a design vision and so I decided to wait. I was disappointed that the back order part was not on the website at the time of purchase as I would of moved on to another awailable product .. but like I said I liked the photo of these lights and so I decided to deal with it. Ok so it’s 8/4/2018...no email, no phonecall.. nothing..I hate to chase these bisinesses, no one has time for this! This is another one of those Instagram commercials that gets you exited ....but what’s the excitement if it can’t be backed up with customer support ? Yes, learning the lesson to not shop of of Instagram adds... Wrote an email, will update you if I hear back...
