Image-Line Reviews

There are around 8 people who've already reviewed Image-Line. 2 excellent reviews. 2 people rate Image-Line great. And 4 customers rate bad.

Trustpilot calculated Image-Line's score 2.4. The latest review - I make music with Fruity Loops producer edition mainly the stock plugins and ones I've bought or got free with midi hardware etc... but.... as for a software and being functional daw it's got alot of functions and isnt cheap rubbish like a few of the others... only takes a while to learn the basics etc till it's easy-ish to use and also is layed out well with a hint bar to help you learn it quicker, and has common sense to how it works... only really want to leave 4 stars becuase theres some problems which make it hard to finish music in quick time scales.. you'll make your music in say an hour(sometimes even 15 minutes doing live rec &quantizing).. and then itll take 3 or 4 hours to make it sound normal-ish.. then another few hours to make it audibly ready for phones etc... it's like it's you vs Fl studio.... ..sometimes how it sounds in Fl Studio compared to the same thing rendered sounds different slightly(and I've got the quality settings all turned up like norm)... I used fruity loops 8 demo a while ago which I still had a copy of on a usb from over 10 years ago & compared it to FL20 and FL8 didnt have these same issues and you could complete your project in a normal time scale which would sound balanced and natural with less effort then FL20... the stock plugin sounds have a few problems too alot of the stuff isnt like a real instrument being played or isnt inspiring to use as a technical instrument.. some sound tacky and off putting or like they lack drive(especially in lower octaves) ... and some sounds feel like they're set up incorrectly with alot going for them and then something big that ruins the whole effect with limited options on how to remove it (such as in flex)... all in all I'd say its good for masterpiece music but not for quick beat production here and there Other than that.. recording vocal tracks is 10/10 though as a fact. Takes 10 mins to complete a professional standard song Another side note... the demo trial being unlimitedly free is a major positive becuase you can learn the program before you buy it... in personal opinion itll take a fast learner a year to know a good amount of basics etc..
