Wouldn't shop any where else for clothes these days. Not as good as they used to be but still my number one destination for clothes shopping..Wow I cannot believe the bad reviews on here. I have been a customer for 20 odd years and have never had a problem with Evans (only that my local store closed). Deliveries are always prompt and descreetly placed. Will continue to shop with Evans!.Lovely clothing and shoes, I absolutely love buying from evans, always a good fit and good quality I enjoy the sales too!. Those are part of 294 Evans reviews. The latest review from Trustpilot - Everything about this set up is shoddy where the customer is concerned. I purchased three pairs of shorts from them online. One pair (the navy) was fine the other two (one beige, one white) were thin and see through so I returned both of them on 22nd May 2020. I have just received a refund for ONE pair. So, I call the customer service number and receive a recorded message stating that no one is there to answer the call because they are keeping their staff safe. They obviously don’t care about the warehouse staff who are picking, packing and sending the orders out! Now I have to wait 2 days for someone to respond to my email. The company doesn’t seem to care about them keeping safe either! What a shambles! Never will I buy from this company again.. There are 36 excellent reviews. 29 of customers rate great. But there are almost 229 of people rate bad.
