Here at PartsEngine.ca, we offer free ground shipping within Canada.
Some restrictions do apply: Shipments to Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, certain areas in Labrador and any rural area with very limited access to our couriers might require extra shipping charges.
Certain oversized products might require extra shipping charges, such as, but not limited to: Fifth Wheel Hitches, Grille Guards, Bumpers, Cargo Management Systems, certain All/Mud Terrain Tires and select Tonneau Covers).
In the case where your order requires additional shipping charges, you’ll be contacted by our customer service team through either phone or e-mail to get your confirmation on the additional freight charge or a full refund before proceeding with the order.

- The majority of orders are processed on the following business day.
- During higher than normal volume of sales, orders may take up to 2 business days to process.
- Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Local Greater Area Toronto orders can take up to 2 to 3 business days to deliver after it has been processed.
- Deliveries outside of Ontario can take up to 4 to 8 business days for delivery after it has been processed.
- All LTL orders require 2 to 3 business days for processing before shipping as they require special handling.
- Once your order has been picked up from our facility, the courier will contact you to arrange a specific date and time preferred for delivery.
- Upon delivery, anyone at your household/work over the age of 18 years old may sign for the package.
- To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, make sure the surrounding delivery area is clear and hazard free.
- Customers will be charged a one-way shipping fee if a re-route is requested. (Charges may vary depending on distance and weight/size of package.)
- All shipments requested to be re-routed back to the shipper due to unforeseen reasons will be charged two-way shipping (max. shipping rate $50.00+tax each way).
- If any deliveries are missed, packages will be sent to a local depot for pick up (number of days may vary depending on the courier company). If your package exceeds the number of days allowed at the depot, shipment(s) will automatically be routed back to the original shipping location. Customers will be charged a 2-way return shipping fee (max. shipping rate $50.00+tax each way) if packages are returned to the sender.
- Any orders requested to be re-shipped out will be charged a one-way shipping fee to the selected shipping destination. (Charges may vary depending on distance and weight/size of package.)
