9-Day Yoga Retreat:

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Tour Boudhanath Stupa and Patan before heading to your first yoga resort.

Days 3 and 4: Recharge with meditation yoga and spiritual cleansing sessions.

Day 5: After a roughly six-hour bus ride to your second yoga resort, you’ll try Bhakti and Hatha yoga.

Days 6 and 7: Along with doing yoga and trying several types of meditation, you’ll enjoy free time to relax in a mud bath or aromatherapy steam bath.

Day 8: Return to Kathmandu by bus.
